Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe that content available on or through StudentHelp.in (“StudentHelp”) infringes one or more of your copyrights, please notify us immediately by email. Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, we will review the complaint and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material where necessary.
Please note that submitting false or misleading copyright claims may result in legal liability. If you are unsure whether the material in question infringes your copyright, you may wish to seek legal advice before submitting a notification.
Your Copyright Infringement Notification Should Include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) or location(s) on StudentHelp.in where the material can be found.
- Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you, including:
- Full Name
- Postal Address
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information provided in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
